Questions on BRS 2 Part Doser (1.1 mL Per Minute)

  • From Sean at 3/28/12 2:57 PM
    • What is the reserve canister that you are using in this video? Also between timings will the fluid fall back down the hose? Will I have to account for hose fill time when programming the timer for this pump?
    • Hey Sean,
The container in the video is the bubble magus liquid storage container, they can be found right here:
      http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/store/bubble-magus-liquid-storage-container.html

If you get a snug connection between the tube and the pump (which is easy with the nice compression fittings on the pump) the fluid will not drain back down the tube. Its like when you put your thumb over the end of a straw. Unless there is a hole for air to get in, the liquid will stay in its place.
