    • Is the deluxe reactor worth the extra money ?
    • maybe ? they will perform the same but the deluxe BRS reactor has the following differences. The mounting bracket is integrated into the head making it almost indestructible. . The sump is a bit clearer and lower profile, there is a pressure release which allows you to drain the lines before maintenance and a few extra fittings for hose management. It isn't that much more so I think it is worth it but you will probably be happy with either.

    • I have a quick question. I would like to buy this and run NP Reducing Biopellets. Would I be able to do that? Also the website states " A proper starting dosage is 0.5-1 liter of pellets per 500 liters of system volume (12,5-25 fl. oz. for every 100 USG). " would I be able to put 1 liter of pellets inside the reactor?
    • The reactor holds 2 cups of fluidized media and 3 cups of tightly packed media in each chamber. If you are looking to run the pellets in an upflow fluidized reactor I don't see any reason why the BRS Dual RX wouldn't work however we have not tested it for that application.
