We want to reward the customers that take an active role in the reefing community, so it is with this in mind that we have created the Preferred Customer group. Members will receive discounts on almost every item we stock. In most cases, prices are automatically lowered to the second quantity discount tier.

There are two ways to become a member:

1) Simply make three orders in a year and submit (5) five product reviews on our site.

Honest and unique reviews for the most helpful. If you can, try and find items that haven’t been reviewed many times and keep in mind that you are submitting them to help your fellow reefers and not us. Product reviews are an excellent way to share your experiences and methods with reefers new to the hobby. This allows them to make more informed decisions on their purchases.

You can enter a review by going to the product page of the item that you wish to review. Once you are there, you can enter the review by clicking the review link underneath product name near the top of the page. Once you have made three purchases and submitted five product reviews, send us an email with the full name and email address associated with your account. Once we have verified everything, we will activate your account with Preferred Customer status. You will then have access to the phenomenal permanent discounts we give our Preferred Customers on almost everything that we stock.

2) Another way that you can become a Preferred Customer is to have your local reef club utilize our special Introductory Reef Club Group Buy offer. Every member who participates in a group buy will automatically become a member of the Preferred Customer group.

Once you have completed one of the above options, please e-mail CustomerService@BulkReefSupply.com and we will verify that your account has met the requirements and then update it.
