  • Zero trips to the store for water

Product Description

All BulkReefSupply.com Reverse Osmosis units exclusively feature American made DOW, MATRIKX and Purtrex filters. We also use American made MUR-LOK dual EPDM O-ring fittings whenever possible on all of our reverse osmosis units. These NSF certified fittings and filters cost us more than inexpensive imports, but set our units apart from the competition.

The BulkReefSupply.com 5 Stage Standard RO/DI unit includes all the essential features necessary to start making pure RO/DI water and provides an excellent foundation for future upgrades. This system includes everything needed to make RO/DI water out of the box. See the details below and the quick compare table to compare to our other standard reverse osmosis units.

  • From brook at 6/18/10 8:34 AM
    • how long will it take me to hook this up ?
    • Around 5 minutes. There are only three hoses. one screws on your water supply, one goes down the drain and one into the container where you want to store water. If you want to wall mount it maybe another 10 minutes to get the screws into the wall. It is super easy.

  • From Scott Fink at 6/19/10 1:10 AM
    • Which unit should I purchase the75 GPD RO/DI 5 Stage Standard System or the plus system.
    • Most people go with the 5 stage plus unit and that is the one I recommend as well. The TDS meter and pressure gauge are extremely important to monitoring the performance of the system and trouble shooting any problems that may arise. The flush kit is also a great way to help preserve the life of your membrane.
    • Do you find this question helpful?  Yes  No
  • From Mike at 6/30/10 3:11 PM
    • does the 5 stage standard come with a check valve?
    • Yes, it is inside of the 90 degree elbow coming out of the membrane housing.
    • Do you find this question helpful?  Yes  No
  • From Javier at 7/26/10 6:25 PM
    • does the 75 GPD RO/DI 5 Stage Standard System come with carbon and everything else you need to put inside of it?
    • The media is sold seperatly. To run the reactor you would need to purchase the reactor, a pump (most use maxijet 1200) and whatever media you want to run.
