We also use American made MUR-LOK dual EPDM O-ring fittings whenever possible on all of our reverse osmosis units. These NSF certified fittings and filters cost us more than inexpensive imports, but set our units apart from the competition.

- I have your 75 GPD RO/DI 5-stage unit, and I recently purchased your glycerin-filled pressure gauge. It is supposed to be installed before the RO unit. Can you tell me if the RO unit is the 1st one the supply water enters?
- You want it between the carbon block and the ro membrane. The RO membrane is the horizontal filter on top. It will have a red tube going into one end. Just cut that red tube going into the cap and install the pressure gauge there :-)

- It says this comes with an auto shut off valve - does it come with the float switch too to turn it off?
- This particular unit does not come with a float valve. Any float valves, tanks, etc that you want to hook up would be purchased secretly. The 6 stage deluxe is the only unit that does come with a float valve.
