I would not recommend relying on this for an ato, unless you can check on it daily. Probably 1 in 10 times my ato will kick on and the pump wont work, but if i turn off the power and turn it back on it works just fine. If you plan on leaving your tank with a sitter that doesnt know about this problem, you better hook a backup pump up or you could end up crashing your tank.

Had the first one for six months and it worked great.....until it didn't. Unit stopped pumping water for my ATO system. Replacement unit is working great but too soon to tell.

I use this pump for my ato. I have been using it fir about a year now with no issues. I do recommend putting a pre filter on it if you use kalk or other supplements. This will help from buld p in the line and pump.

Used with my JBJ A.T.O., pumps water as advertised. I have the pump sitting on top of the 5 Gallon bucket I use as a reservoir, which sits at the same level as my sump. Pump is only rated for 30 in. of rise so it needs to be placed as close to the level of the reservoir as possible.

I love this pump and it is so useful at its price. I have several in use for a long time and even keep a backup they are so inexpensive. I love that they pump at the rate they do and the fact that they suck it out ass opposed to a pump sitting in the container. I will always recommend this pump

The price of this little pump can't be beat. However, I wasn't so lucky with using it to dose kalk. It clogged after a few months so I upgraded to a BRS dosing pump ;)

This aqua lifter pump is great for overflow systems. I have one for my overflow and my auto top off. It sucks water frome one hose and pushes it out the other hose. Air line tubeing not included. Overall great product for the money.

This pump is extremely quite and it pumps 3.5 gph so it's perfect for an auto top off system but, if you have to pump for a long distance of height I would get a different pump. For a first time auto top off system it's an awesome pump for cheap.
