I would highly recommend the Drew's dosing pump. The tubes are better with the BRS dosing pump which I have two of, but this is a much better pump in my opinion. I use this for the calcium portion of my dosing. If I was doing it over I would buy this pump for all of my dosing pumps.

At first I wasn't going to spend the extra for these pumps but now that they are up and running, I'm glad that I did. Great pumps. Spend a little more for these pumps and don't worry about if you made the right decision or not.

The cords could be a bit longer. Its much better to wire tie than to try to stretch a cord! Otherwise they seem ok, but too new to tell.

I've used the Drew's Doser for over 2 years. I use it to dose Soda Ash daily in my 120g sps dominated reef display tank. It's been very reliable and is easy to operate.

I just installed two of these dosers very easy to do W/reefkeeper lite only down side for me is that both dosers had different out puts .So a little timer management and I am good to go. Very happy with my choice so far.

Bought two of these along with the Eco Plus Dual digital timers here to set up my 2 part dosing system. The pumps work quietly and accurately. The corals in my tank look so much better now that Calc/Alk levels are stable. Due to the initial up front cost, I was a bit hesitant to set up this system. Using the bulk supplements however saves alot of money long term. (Compare a bottle of prepared liquid Ca at $12-15ea to the 7lbs of powdered for the same price which makes 8 gal. of prepared liquid Ca.) The pumps feel solid and run smooth and quite.

Switched to these pumps after having troubles with the BRS dosers (read review there), and have never been happier! These are consistent, nearly silent, and haven't let me down in over 18 months of dosing. I am going to get a third to dose magnesium along with the 2 part!

I held off on getting dosing pumps because of the cost and what I thought was complexity of setting them up. After researching and finally pulling the trigger I realized I was wrong on both of my concerns. I bought three of these pumps and had them mounted and programmed with my Apex controller within an hour. No more manual dosing and I love it!!!!! These pumps are sturdy and well made!

I ordered two of these for my 2 part dosing (Alk and Ca) because the BRS dosers were out of stock. They came well packaged with everything you need (including the plastic ties). The instructions are clearly written, but I found that one pump was spinning backward of what the instructions state after I attached my cut tubing. So I removed the plastic cover, reversed the hose and re-attached.
One is putting out 1.5 ml/minute the other 1.8. Instead of using my dual outlet timer for both, I guess I need a second timer for accuracy.
These pumps are dead silent, easy to set up and work flawlessly once set up.

I use the BRS Dosing pump with a PM kalk reactor. it is quiet, low price and easy to install. thinking about replacing my calcium reactor with 2 part dosing.

Two part dosing 101. First get a Drew's Doser from BRS. I have two of them. One is dosing alkalinity with my controller spreading the doses evenly throuout the day and the other is dosing limewater at night for ph control. No more spikes or swings for me. I couldn't do without these they are perfect for my tank.

I have three of these, they are wonderful. No siphoning, reliable, great for daily dosing. They are quite and I cant hear them running.

I was mostly concerned that they would not perform consistently and that they would siphon. I can say that after months of use they have been reliable and consistent without an ounce of siphoning in either direction.

This unit is very simple and require extra timer to operate. Initial setup requires some timing/measuring, but once all done unit produces consistent results. I have two for 2 part dosing and both work very well. Very worth $$$.

I bought two of these for dosing 2-Part. They were a breeze to set up and work like a charm. They don't make a sound and are very accurate. I just plugged them into my aqua controller, programmed them and never looked back.

Using a pair of these for my two-part. Also have a pair of the "other" pumps offered here when these were out of stock. These are fantastic and hands down I prefer these. Get them when you see them because they seem to go fast.
