I already had a ATO doser of the same brand and really like the hardware.

I got two of these to run my 2-part dosing. I "calibrated" the two pumps at the same time and they were both dosing @ 1.3 mL / min. That made it easy to calculate my dosing schedule on my ReefKeeper.

These are great dosing pumps for the price.

The dosing pumps work great and if you haven't learned it yet, in this hobby buying low end products will always cost you more in the end. Go with BRS and you can't go wrong!

I have been using two of these pumps for four months now. I love them. Easy mounting and great documentation from BRS. I have them controlled by my Neptune controller. No easier way to go.

I bought 2 for dosing alk. and Calcium, they work as expected. They dose great, I will recommend if you are trying to save a few bucks on a digital timer that you at least get a quality digital timer or upgrade to the apex or Neptune . I had a cheap ass timer from harbor freight go bad. I have a Home Depot timer on both now and haven't had any trouble. I just want to add that the timer sold by BRS looks identical as the one sold by Harbor Freight but maybe I just got a bad one.

As for my "2 cents".....
These pumps work as advertised. No problem with priming them (just turn them on). No "Back Siphoning"
I checked the output and both of mine dose 1.2ml/min,
pretty close to the claimed output! If your looking for a dosing pump, you can't go wrong with this one.

Finally glad these came back in stock. Hard to find a better deal for a more reliable and reefer friendly product. I dose on the hour with my APEX controller for rock solid Ca and Alk readings.

Great pump. Works well and was easy to setup and use with my controller. Be sure to use the mechanical relays with these pumps. They were a little larger then I expected but were easy to mount in my stand.

Had this unit for about 3 weeks now. about 1 1/2 week ago, it overdose the soda ash solution. I set the pump to run 1.5 min for every 24. Unit sucked down almost a gallon of solution overnight. Thought I made a mistake in programming. So reset everything and tried again. Just came back and found the pump is leaking pass the pump. After the last assigned dose and pump stop, the liquid continue to leak into the tank. This time it dosed a 1/4 gallon before finding it. unit did not pinch the tube to stop the flow from continuing. No information on how to correct. No trouble shoot section or contact help.

I have two of these and use them for dosing 2-part calcium and alkalinity. Been using them about 18 months.

These are small enough to mount just about anywhere. I have them mounted in my tank stand and use an Apex controller to activate dosing at appropriate intervals. I use them on the mechanical switched outlets. I worry the digital outlets may not be able to detect the low power draw,

I gave 4 stars because the two units I have do not dose at the exact same rate... which leads me to believe they are not exactly 1.1 ml per minute. After the first couple of weeks of usage, I found I needed to run 1 pump about 3 minutes per day longer in order to dose my 2-part evenly. It's not such a big deal to me. I'm not sure if one of mine has something wrong with it, or if this is to be expected.... but I never bothered to call and complain about it.

Tried all other kind but love this pump. Slow speed and i don't have to guess how long to dose. Got 3 of these and they perform great and made in Italy too :). The only draw back is they kinda big but who cares? :D
