Great Product and pretty reliable. This is the only test kits that I use! Also, the salifert test kits generally contain quite an amount of tests per kit.

I won't use anything except Salifert test kits. Once I had a problem with the salt I was using. The manufacturer wanted me to send a sample of my salt to verify my test results.
Although they used high tech testing equipment to measure the Ca content, my Salifert kit measured the exact same amount!

I've used (junky) Red Sea kits, Elos kits, and Salifert. Salifert kits are in general my favorite. More tests for less money than Elos, and I feel as though there is a bit more precision as well. The syringes work well, especially with the precision tip.

I have been partial to Salifert test kits for as long as I have been Reef Keeping.
The Calcium is easy to use and going off a digital calcium monitor is as accurate as needed. I was using an Instant Ocean Calcium test because my Salifert ran out and I had one laying around from a gifting .What a garbage test I will never stray from this one again

The Salifert Calcium Aquarium Test Kit is a must for monitoring your tank chemistry. I have tried other brands but Salifert is easy to use and no comparing color charts like other brands. The vile changes color and you read your syringe volume and the chart gives you the ppm of Ca. Could not be easier. I Highly recommend this product.
