Great item for sand bed or frag racks/egg crates and when you are ready to put in displays all ya gotta due is dremel the bottom piece of a cement away which eliminates the rock drilling. Or no dremel and easy to sell.

Great size and price but being that these are covered in sand they have to be scraped a bit for better adhesion of glue. I've had frags come on undone because of these so now I scrape the sand in the center before applying glue. Still recommended but I think from now on I'll only order the ceramic ones.

I used these plugs for some Zoanthid grow out & they worked fantastic. It was really simple to just break the frag plug itself into smaller frags after they cover the original plug. I would highly recommend these plugs, they are the perfect size in my opinion.

These are smaller than the other discs, which is really good because coral grows over it really quickly, which adds to the value of your frags! Easy to use with either epoxy or gel glue, just wipe the dust off them first. They stay put in my eggcrate perfectly. Another awesome product.

these plugs are the cheapest price online. they also need very little rinsing. Frags seem to take to these very easily.

These are very useful for anyone who frags their corals. I like to always have them on hand as you never know when you will find that speical little coral that needs to be mounted. I would recommend these to everyone.

These are very cost effective small plugs. I have some very small frags I was trying to glue. The glue held very nicely to these plugs, unfortunatly the glue didn't hold to the corals (different issue).

I have also used a file and cut some notches on these plugs to allow me to tie down some corals with fishing line. So far so good!

I like the fact that the diameter of the shaft is so small, you can actually fit it into the gaps in the live rock.

i really like these plugs they are easy to glue and cheep
2 concerns are the sand on them comes off easy and makes a mess and they are just a little too big to put side by side, no big deal though

i just picked up 350 of the aragonite versions and I'm really wishing i would have gotten the ceramic version instead for a couple of reasons. there partially cured, on that packed its recommend you cure them before use and limit 1 plug per gallon per week. also the sand that is on the top of the plug is not bonded to the plug very well at all. they should have left the top the same as the rest of plug. if you don't scrape most of the decorative sand off the frag pulls the sand off the plug and comes lose.

i do wish they were a little smaller, you cannot place 2 next to each other because the heads are slightly larger than egg crate. they do work diagonal to each other or every other hole. i have had some where you could use every hole and its a major plus.

the ceramic plugs will solve most of these issues, no limit on amount added and no lose prep work required to get a good bond. its worth the few cents extra per plug.

These plugs are great. True, they don't do anything any special, but they do accept super glue very well. That is all I really care about. They are also ceramic, and cheap. Good product overall.
