I ordered this one after it was suggested as being one of the best by one of the reps ... however, I measured my stuff all out and it seemed it would be a perfect fit for my sump.. BE SURE TO MEASURE THE SPACE BETWEEN THE TOP OF SUMP AND BOTTOM OF MAIN TANK... although this would've fit inside the sump there was no getting it in there b/c it's way to big around!! Out $45.00 shipping it back and lots of time wasted waiting for my funds to come back so I can reorder a smaller one :(

This monster makes a ton of air bubbles creating skim material that is awesome. Does take breaking in, but once done, you can adjust the flow with the gate valve. Excellent skimmer.

I used one of this on my 90 gallon, yes it's an over kill, but my tank has 0 no3 since day one!!!
And I have clean the skimmate once a week or else the neck of the skimmer will have 1/2 in of skimmate.
