Just received 70lbs of the reef saver, and it is absolutely fantastic. I simply ask BRS to put together pieces appropriate for a 145 gal reef tank and they did a phenomenal job.
The shipping and packaging was great. Very little rubble, much less then expected. In fact barely any, so I guess I need to order some rubble for the sump. The pieces are a variety of shapes with endless aqua-scaping possibilities.
I could not be happier and in fact I am ordering more since it is so much nicer then the rock I already had. There is no reason to look any further for rock, this is what everyone would want the first time they see it.

Ordered 125#. Received 130#. Was pack good no broken pieces and only 2# of rubble in 3 boxes. Every piece is the size of a football to basketball size.

awesome rox. i bought 220 lb of this stuff took it about 3 months to come to live. now i have 220 of live rock for around $800. this is the best deal on the market. provides great filtration. i have lps and lots of fish this provides more than enough bio filtration

always purchased the pukani in the past and went with the reef saver the last time. definately would never get it again. you get much more bank for the buck with the pukani which i highly reccomend.

Bought 35 lbs. of this rock to add to my existing live rock. I was sent a good variety of sizes. Very easy to stack.

This product had a really good price. The rock did fit nicely with other pieces of "Reef Saver" rock. The only problem was that it was really brittle. Pieces broke off easily, so I was a little disappointed. There was also a lot of rubble in the package. However, BRS packed extra rock for this reason. They also gave me the sizes that I wanted. I was happy with my purchase.

This is such good rock for the price and it is so easy to aqua scape! It is porous and looks great with very little work! Thanks BRS for having such a great product!

I just assembled this in my brand new 60G cube. It doesn't even have water in it yet, but I'm already amazed at how good it looks! It was important to me to not use ocean-sourced rock.
Not only does this look better than most live rock you'd find in a local fish store, but it's a great value (several times cheaper), but it's also free of nuisance organisms and is much easier to sculpt before the tank has water in it.
As demonstrated in the BRS video, they really do "lock" together. I chose to glue them as well, because my sculpture is tall, and I didn't want a potential rock-slide to damage/destroy the tank. Often, after putting some pieces together, I would return to glue them, and couldn't tell where one rock ended and the next began without wiggling them, because they fit together so naturally. After filling in little spaces with rubble, it looks just like one big, seamless structure. Beautiful.

This is fantastic stuff and just as described. Might take me a little longer to get coraline growing but my tank is 5 months old and I have no serious algae issues. This rock was great to aquascape with and gave my tank a really natural look. I cycled with Dr. Tims with no problem. Id recommend this product to anyone setting up a new system.
