This rock is exactly as advertised. I felt like a kid trying to work out a rockscape prior to placing it in my tank. It has a very pleasing look to it and was definitely an excellent addition. Shipping wasn`t bad to Canada either and the box arrived with only a few crumbs in it; no rubble :). I will definitely be grabbing some more in the near future.

I came home for lunch today and sure enough about 3 days later i have two large boxes sitting on the porch! I could barely contain myself as i raced to the fishroom and pulled out the pocket knife to remove pesky tape!!! This stuff was very well packaged and all the rock was in very good condition as far as breakage all i had were a few crumbs in the bottom of the bag that were so small you couldnt even consider them rubble. Ups banged the boxes up pretty good so I was surprised the stuff was so durable. Its the most porous rock I have ever seen and it resembles a huuuuuuuuge chunk of swiss cheese with all the nooks and crannies. This will be used in my new tank that im starting and I will be seeding it with a few pieces of established rock. I CANT WAITTT!!! THANKS BRS!

I was somewhat concerned about ordering "cheaper" rock but when I first cut open the box I was pleasantly surprised. The rocks stack together wonderfully and look like one piece, just like the description.

I just received 75lbs of this Reef Saver rock and was blown away by how awesome it was. I was originally planning on getting 100lbs of Fiji but after reading the great reviews on the reef saver I decided to only get 25lbs of Fiji...and boy am I glad I did!

I personally like the reef saver rock way better than the Fiji and honestly kind of regret getting the Fiji. The reef saver rock looks so much better, very porous and light.

The packaging and rock were in excellent shape with little to no rubble...even though it was shipped through UPS :)

A big thumbs up to BRS for this excellent rock....don't hesitate to buy!

This is great stuff. I bought a little to see what it would look like and I was amazed at how porous it was and how well it stacked. Every piece looked as good or better than it did in the picture. Just like they say, it will stack seamlessly, you can't tell where one ends and the next begins. Plan on using this for my 150 I'm setting up here in a couple months.

i was very pleased with the rock, iam in alaska and all packages were in great shape, had them send it by mail got in about 3 days. i ordered 250 lbs of rock all was in good shape lots of large pieces. saved a ton of money, live rock in town is about 10.00 lb.

I just picked up 25lbs for my 20 gallon high. It came in perfect condition in 6 big pieces. Aquascaping was great fun and it is nearly impossible to tell where one rocks ends and the next begins. If I ever get a bigger tank I would definitely buy more of this rock.

This is the best rock around. I ordered this to use as base rock under by live rock and it is so easy to stack. It makes aquascaping a breeze because of all the holes in the rock. There are so many different ways to fit it together, and you can make some really cool caves and canyons.

It was seeded with coralline algae pretty fully in about 2 months and you now can't even tell that this was base rock. I like the look much better than the other "live rock" I bought.

I will soon be upgrading to a 125g and plan to use this completely to fill the tank.

Awesome product. I bought 120 lbs for my 120, and once saturated with water it's more like 150lbs, so it's an even better value (even after shipping to Canada).

I received a variety of shapes and sizes and was able to create an awesome looking tank (and my fish love all the nooks and crannies).

I also like that it's not artificially removed from the ocean, so I don't feel like I'm robbing the reefs by using it in my tank. I also love that it's parasite free.

I bought this rock after watching the demonstration video. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The rock fits together securely, no acrylic rods or epoxy needed to hold it in place. Aquascaping was easy, and it looks great. I was able to make caves and good size holes which adds to both the beauty and functionality of the rock scape.

I purchased 80lbs for my 55 gallon as I prefer a good amount of rock; both for visual purposes and better filtration. This rock is extremely pourous and fairly light, so it fills out the tank well, though there is still plenty of swimming room and room for coral growth. Attaching frags to this rock will be easy and look much more seemless than the traditional live rock I have previously used.

I plan on seeding my BRS Eco Rock with a small amount of live rock from my other established tank. I will come back to BRS for my future rock needs!

I placed two orders for this rock and both times I received a few extra pounds, which I assume was to account for any rubble that might break off during shipping. The rock was packaged very good and arrived completely intact each time. I highly recommend this rock as a cheap alternative to live rock.
