always purchased the pukani in the past and went with the reef saver the last time. definately would never get it again. you get much more bank for the buck with the pukani which i highly reccomend.

This product had a really good price. The rock did fit nicely with other pieces of "Reef Saver" rock. The only problem was that it was really brittle. Pieces broke off easily, so I was a little disappointed. There was also a lot of rubble in the package. However, BRS packed extra rock for this reason. They also gave me the sizes that I wanted. I was happy with my purchase.

I just assembled this in my brand new 60G cube. It doesn't even have water in it yet, but I'm already amazed at how good it looks! It was important to me to not use ocean-sourced rock.

Not only does this look better than most live rock you'd find in a local fish store, but it's a great value (several times cheaper), but it's also free of nuisance organisms and is much easier to sculpt before the tank has water in it.

As demonstrated in the BRS video, they really do "lock" together. I chose to glue them as well, because my sculpture is tall, and I didn't want a potential rock-slide to damage/destroy the tank. Often, after putting some pieces together, I would return to glue them, and couldn't tell where one rock ended and the next began without wiggling them, because they fit together so naturally. After filling in little spaces with rubble, it looks just like one big, seamless structure. Beautiful.

This is fantastic stuff and just as described. Might take me a little longer to get coraline growing but my tank is 5 months old and I have no serious algae issues. This rock was great to aquascape with and gave my tank a really natural look. I cycled with Dr. Tims with no problem. Id recommend this product to anyone setting up a new system.

I am extremely pleased with these rocks! First off the packaging was very secure and protected my rocks to a great degree, even after the UPS man threw my package over my fence! (not making this up). There were very few bits of rubble which found a home in my sump. The rocks are beautiful and extremely easy to aquascape. Just like the videos says, it will look seamless and not just a pile of rocks in your tank. My aquascape looks so good I considered keeping it a FOWLR tank! Also many of the rocks I receive were nice big pieces. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I bought 20 lbs of this rock and asked for show size pieces and got two large pieces the size of a basketball. It is really nice very porous rock and you can't beat the price. If I were going to start from scratch with dry rock I would not hesitate to order 100lbs of this stuff to fill a large 200+ gallon tank,

After getting my 67 gallon Red Sea Max setup, the next thing I needed to do was to get live rock. Lots of forum and ppl swear by the wet live rocks, but I figures these are cheaper / lighter way to go and BRS does have the cheapest price on these. Got them shipping free! And easy to aqua scape.

I purchase br from affordable aquatics and the base rock had 11 lbs of dust in the box when I opened it. ( I put it on a scale) after I order it the package was lost by AA. I talked to John and he said he would refund for my purchase and that was in june 11 it's now august and no refund. So I ordered from BRS and what a difference I had a had full of dust from the rock it was shipped to me on and it arrived 3 days later in excellent condition and it looks way better than the br from AFfordable aquatics. After talking to John several times about my refund to no avail he will not return my call or emails. Thanks BRS for taking care of me and sending me better quality br. me and our club will be ordering more from you thanks. Imhave emails from john and pics of AA rock compared to BRS. In this business trust is an asset for a company and Affordable Aquatics
And John doesnt have any.

This is awesome rock for a reef tank. Very pourous and full of nooks and crannies for your critters to hide in. I just bought 40lbs to add to my existing rock and I will be adding another 80 lbs when I get the 125 I just drilled last night ready.

I have never bought from an online reef supplier before. These guys were very friendly and helpful. I ordered 85lbs of total rock( 55lb Pukani, 15lb Branch and 15lb of Shelf). All the rocks were amazing. No rubble on Shelf or Branch at all. About 1/2 cup of marble size or smaller rubble on the Pukani. Excellent (overkill) packaging. Everything arrived in great shape. The rocks are amazing. I asked for one large piece of each and an even mix of medium to small of the rest. The large pieces are really cool. The LG Pukani looks like a watermelon, the LG Branch looks like an 18in branched pc of wild BBQ wood, the Shelf is about 19in x 12in. All VERY NICE pieces. the mediums are about small football and the small are about softball size.

Excellent rock, you won't be dissapointed. Free shipping with that order made it an even better value.

I now see that I should have ordered more Branch and Shelf since they are more dense than the Pukani. The Pukani is alot of rock for the money. I will definitely order more Branch and Shelf when they are both back in stock.
