Works as expected, replaced the oem pads that came with the dual chamber media reactor. Replace every year or so for best performance.

I got a set of these with a BRS dual reactor a purchased a few months ago. I also had a set I ordered as spares a while back. The newer ones are more porous than the old ones -- my GFO would literally pour right through it. If you zoom in and look closely at the picture you'll see why. Now I'm glad I ordered some a while back, I put the old ones in the new reactor and working great.

Zero complaints. Fit perfectly in reactor and good to have extras around if you rotate reactor materials.

My BRS Dual Chamber pads have been washed so many times that I felt it was time for them to be replaced. I went onto this site looking for just this and was happy to see that this prodcuts was available. I made the purchase and of course, they are a perfect fit inside the reaction chamber. I should have bought even more for back ups.
