You really do get alot for what you pay for maybe to much(not a bad thing). The videos helped me out alot as I was new to dosing. Mixing each element was not as hard as I thought it would be either. This is an all around awesome package.

After I got all my parameters where I wanted them I didn't think I would need the alk or cal solution but after a few water changes I noticed my cal jumped up but my alk didn't. I had to stop using kalk for a little bit til my cal went back down and dosed only the alk solution to keep it stable.

This is an all around awesome package.

Great additives and at a great price as well. The sodium bicarbonate can be a pain to mix up, but it does it's job well.

Easy to understand directions and if you don't' they have videos on how to on here. Was packaged great no spills or damaged and its just a overall great starter product. Highly recommened for new reef tanks.

The product is a great value for the money. It is easy to use and my only critique is that there is a awful lot of 2 part Kh.CA, and Mg included for a starter kit. Luckily I find I like and will continue to use the product. Overall I would say buy it if you want to get into Kalk Dosing in a ATO.

My only comment on this stuff is the sheer volume. I have been dosing the 2 part and Kalk for couple weeks and I have used very little of all the chemicals. Making a starter bundle w/ less volume may helped me determine what I needed and allowed me to buy fresh chemicals as needed. Although I am not positive I would assume there are some shelf life issues.

I recently began dosing with these chemicals and have been quite pleased with the results. The calculator on the BRS website gave me good measurements to achieve the results I was looking for and has been working quite well since I began the dosing. The products have dissolved nicely in my RO/DI water which tells me the quality is very high and for the price its a great deal.

Dry chemicals should be referred to in units of mass not volume. Really ?? You would like to dose 100 mL of dry CaOH?? Easy fix appreciated by people who like accurate label claims.

the only reason i did not rate 5 stars is the kit does not contain magnesium cholride - only sulfate. magnesium mixing instrustions and video describe both so this is a bit confusing. outside of that it performs as described and when dosed in accordance with the calculator acheives the desired results.

I was very happy when I got this delivered. Now I can actually AFFORD my hobby (well, sorta!). I recently upgraded to a 210 gallon tank and man do I go through some chems or what?! These high quality chems as as good or better than the stuff you pay big bucks for in the stores and the BRS reff calculator is helpful. It would be nice if they printed some ratios on the products themselves, but it is not so hard to write that directly on the jugs once you mix it up.
