I added the water saver upgraded after already owning and running a 6 stage chloramine ro/di unit. My water is not the ratio of waste to ro/di water was ridiculous. I added this and now im able to make water a lot faster and my waste water is a lot less. This add-on was easy to install and has increase production without hindering water quality.

This a great addition your a RO/DI system to help produce more water and also produce less waster water which is always nice. It is recommend to have at least 65Ppsi for it to operate optimally.

This kit doubles your RO/DI output, while cutting your waste in half. So you make twice the water in the same time you did previously AND dump less down the drain... all for a reasonable price. What's not to like? Being nice to the earth (and your water bill) and cutting the time it takes to make purified water... sounds like a win win situation to me.

Oh and there's a handy video on the product page showing how to hook it up. Beautiful.

If you are getting a new RO/DI unit, get it pre-installed. If you already have one, buy this to up your output and halve your waste - it's good earth saving karma.

and I got it! I'm not patient enough for the 75gpd, so I opted for the 150gpd upgrade for that reason and also to reduce the amount of waste water. My production has doubled and my waste water halved. Install was easy with the provided video above. Highly recommended!

I purchased this unit a week after buying the RO/DI Delux System. Once I confirmed I had over 65psi water line pressure, I bought the upgrade. My results are 1 gallon of RO/DI water for 1 gallon wastewater. This is one of the best ratios on the market with the lowest price. My water line pressure fluctuates between 65 psi and 75psi. Water production time is also cut in half. Everithing needed for the upgrade was included with the kit and the installation video available on this site made it super simple to install with no special tools needed.

This thing is worth every penny. With all the money I will save on water I can buy new flooring because I keep forgetting how fast it is compared to my single unit.

Literally this addition will pay for itself. I recently moved and our new house is on a septic tank. I was worried about all that waste water going down the drain and over filling my septic. Well this addition literally cut my water making time in half. Now less waste water and no need to pump my septic twice a year. Awesome!

If you give a crap about your foot print on the planet at all, this piece of equipment is something you should consider. with this unit along with the booster pump and the permeate pump, i have my RODI water down to almost a 1:1 ratio. If anything else lower your water bill.

Couple minutes to hook it up, crank the 8800 up to 85psi and I am crankin out 7 gallons and hour, thats 168 gpd! While your at it throw on an auto flush valve. You will have a killer ro/di setup.

I pay for city water. I bought the 5 stage 75 GPD unit a little over a month ago. I saw the waste and knew my bill was about to go up. What I spent on this will pay for its self in no time. I have 100PSI on my water line. Timed it out and got 6 gallons in just under a hr. Easy to install. I got my RO/DI mounted on Ceiling of Basement, boy are they heavy when they are full of water. It’s mounted out if the Wife’s was so it’s all well worth it.
