I originally had a 75GPD RO/DI system from BRS, but it took 3 hours to make one batch of water needed for a water change. After adding this kit, the time I needed to make RO water was cut in half. Plus, I was wasting less water, is always good.
Definitely worth the upgrade if you have an existing RO system with only 75GPD.
The video instructions make it super easy to set up as well!

I am learning as I go. I built my RO/DI system using a 75 GPD membrane and it is slow. I bought this Kit and not only did it double the output, the waste water is cut down to a low ratio. next to add is a booster pump with a auto shut off.

Works great - added to my Max cap unit - along with a flush kit and appropriate flow restrictor - and wonderful things happened.
Note prior to this I had the CDP8800 booster pump dialed in at about 70-75 PSI (depending on filter lifecycle) with a single membrane since my utility water was normally 40-50 PSI which is borderline.
This installed quick and easy. Only thing I wish is that BRS had the option to order it with a pressure gauge (or at least with a plugged pressure gauge hole) to match my first membrane.
I primed everything, and also replaced my original membrane at the same time (bought her at BRS same order), ran a flush for good measure, then turned the system into production - measured waste water to product water ratio - it went from 5:1 to 2:1, and TDS rejection shot way up - post filter, I am at about 170PPM. Single membrane was throwing off 5-8 PPM product after running for awhile and settling down. Now, I am seeing 1PPM! That may not seem like much, but saves a lot of DI life, and makes for a 99.41% rejection rate! It's kept this up for 4 months now - I think flushing for a good minute at start and shutdown makes some difference too.

Added this unit to the 6 stage RO/DI unit I bought from BRS and it has been installed for 60+ days now. It works great. With the added booster pump that has been giving me 85psi, the 150 kit has been more than cutting my waist water in half. For each gallon of good water I only produce 1.5 gal of bad. Love it and I would buy it again.

I have the 75 GPD RODI system, was putting out too much waste water. I added the 150 GPD water saver kit and it has cut down on the waste water. It runs about 1:1 ratio. I can fill a 5 gallon jug in about 55 minutes.

I added the water saver upgraded after already owning and running a 6 stage chloramine ro/di unit. My water is not the ratio of waste to ro/di water was ridiculous. I added this and now im able to make water a lot faster and my waste water is a lot less. This add-on was easy to install and has increase production without hindering water quality.

Just got the upgrade kit and installed it following the easy instructions from the video. This is a must have upgrade that will save you time and money.
