I was kind of worried at first spending the $200 and was thinking maybe I should just go to the fish store and buy my water but then it got tiring having to go from my house to the fish store so I did my research and decided to get the bulk reef supply RO/DI 5 stage kit and I'm quite pleased to say that it was very simple to setup and now I have clean water for my tanks I will recommend this product to all my friends.

This is a high quality system. It's rock solid. No complaints. I appreciate the dual TDS meter showing both my RO output and DI output to help know where a problem, if any, is coming from.

Only thing is our house water pressure is terrible, around 35 psi... enough to take a fine shower, RO membrane not so much. Bit the bullet and purchased an Aquatec 8800 booster pump for this unit. Money well spent. Not only has production speed shot up, but the TDS coming out of the RO membrane has decreased as it is now running more efficiently.

Top quality...... After reviewing a couple hours on the web and lfs ordered received and after 5 minute installation I'm finally not polluting my tank. This system was easy to setup and use. Produces plenty of clean water with little hassle. I set mine up in the garage after adding a new hose bibb/valve to my main water line. then I just hook up with the hose adapter when I need it, otherwise just leave it open for other non fishy uses, since having a hose connection in the garage is really handy.
The unit is high quality. No problems whatsoever. Fills up my 55 gallon storage tank (an old olive barrel) in about half a day.

This is the first RO/DI I have owned. After much research on the web I went with BRS based on build component quality. Shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived in great shape. The DI unit is separate but all you need to do is insert the blue tube from the main unit and you are ready to go. If you are going to use the DI most of the time I suggest you take the shorter piece of blue tubing from the DI and use it to connect the RO to the DI (fittings are easy to work with) then you will have the longer tubing to use for filling whatever container you are using. It is great that they ship so many different hookups for water supply. Saves you a trip to the big box store. I have run at least 200 gallons (good water) and the built in TDS shows 3 into the DI and 0 out. Not one drip from anywhere but the waste or finished water tubing. What more could you ask for?
