Im a internet shopper, so ive seen it all. Horrible shipping and great shipping. This by far is excellent shipping. Bulk reef took the time to professionally package my RO/DI system by individually wrapping each part. The box was very sturdy and taped well. Great job guys.

I was looking around for a good RO/DI unit that didn't cost as much as competitors. Quick check on some local forums and a few minutes later I was on BRS. People are happy with this product so people like to let others know! It's that good. Quick and easy to setup. Well put together. Packaging was excellent and the instructions are even printed in colour! It's producing great water for my tank and I'm recommending it to anyone.

Just unpacked it today and was happy to see it was almost fully assembled -- just had to push blue outlet tube from RO/Pre filters into RO filter and attach faucet connection, and I was in business. Before and after TDS meter is great. Gives you peace of mind knowing that the output is 0 TDS. It comes with auto shut off valve already installed and I'll be using that feature once the float valve arrives. Couldn't be happier with product.

I'm only getting about 35 gallons per day, and wasting about 200-300 gallons. Not very efficient... And I'm directly hooked to the garden hose at 38psi... I guess you need to buy the additional upgrade, and ask the city to crank up your water pressure...However, I am getting 0.0 TDS

After a ton of research on which RODI unit to purchase, BRS 5 Stage seemed to be the most popular in the industry. I have no complaints at all on the unit and BRS has a wide array of add-ons and they have made it easy to replace filters from their site.

I love this ro/di unit, all together its a great price, i did the math and added everything together and it costed more than just buying the + unit. well worth my money and no more running to the aquarium store to get watter when i can now just go to my lawndry room and get it from my unit. comes with more things then youd even need too.

I'm a total noob to this hobby, but after doing research and watching BRSTV I came to the conclusion that an RO/DI system was a must. I decided on the 5 stage plus because of all the extras you get, the connectors, the pressure gauge and the TDS meter. The setup is really as easy as they show you in the videos, the only thing that I will say is, if you’re planning on attaching it to your faucet check and see what kind of threading yours has. If you watch the video their faucet example has the threaded male end on the actual faucet, mine didn’t. Thus I did a few plan changes and hooked it up to my wash machine’s connection. I plan on getting a garden hose splitter and using that for a permanent connection, we’ll see if it works :) But all in all, great product!

I had an ebay unit before this, and it was junk compared to what I got from BRS for almost the same price. They fully assemble the extra stuff like the flush kit, TDS meter, etc. SO worth the extra money!

if you're looking for a ro/di unit, i highly recommend get it from brs. no matter what your set up is going to be - the brs team can help you out. called and spoke to a rep and he advised me on what i needed to make clean pure water. my brs unit came with all the bells and whistle and was still cheaper than the other brand name unit. do yourself a favor and order from brs..they know what they're doing

I am often times skeptical of how simple things look online, or in a commercial, only to buy the product and spend hours fiddling with it and getting frustrated. Well, let me tell you, this product could NOT be simpler to install and use. It took me LESS than 5 minutes to set-up, and start making 0 TDS water. I live in a part of the country that has very hard water, and a very high TDS. This unit delivered. I ordered it on Tuesday, it was delivered on Wednesday, and Wednesday night I was making water. I am very pleased and will be ordering many more products from BRS.

Once I the rodi unit I quickly got the tds meter out and tested the ro water I buy from petsmart. I got a shocking measurement of 45 TDS!!!!!!! That explains why I still have hair algae after trying everything else. This unit took 2 mins to hook up to my faucet. Once I got it running the water from my tap was 120tds after ro it was 3tds and after di 0tds :) I couldn't be more happy and I hope this cures my hair algae!
