I had this thing hooked up and running in 10 min. 5 min taking it out of the box and drueling some. Packaged great. Another 4 min mounting it to my wall in the garage, and a min to hook it up and have it flowing. WOW!!! The TDS meter is a nice feature see what is going in and coming out. I have been pricing systems left and right and was using the TAP water for tank top offs which caused a plague alage outbreak well NOW that is a thing of the past thanks BRS.

First off you don't have to be a plumber to set this thing up. It took probally 5min tops to set it up. I think 4 mins of that was mounting it to the wall. I set mine up on my washer. All I really needed to do was cut one hose to put in my ball valve and I was making water. I did buy a garden hose y valve so I would not have to hook and unhook it from the washer to use it. Overall I am very happy with the unit. Finally fresh, PURE water thanks BRS!!!!

I was able to connect the unit easily to my washing machine faucet. Have used it now for about 1 year. Only complaints I have is that the TDS meter screen doesn't show the last digit clearly. Most recently the pressure gauge stopped working, but that was after a year and constant use and it can easily be replaced. Sure beats buying and lugging water from the LFS!!

I bought this system to save me and my back from going to the grocery store with those 5 gallons jug. Installation is quick and easy. Take a look at the instructional video on this site. The TDS meter is definitely a plus. Why pay for a system if you don't know what comes out of it. Overall excellent product!

Trust me I know very little about setting this stuff up and it was so easy. It honestly took me longer to mount the system on the wall then to set it up. Works great and love the pressure meter and TDS meter. They are a must have! Good item for a great price.

Don't waste your money on other "brand name" RO units. BRS has a better product at half the price. Hooking up the unit is so easy a caveman can do it. By far the best water you can put in your sensitive reef environment!

This product was shipped extremely fast and packaged very well. I can not describe how easy it was to install, Take it out of the box undo the bubble wrap mount it to wall attach hoses and you are making water. I'm making way more water than the 3.something gallons it says. great porduct with out a doubt will recommend for sure.

My home pressure in the basement is 65 psi. This unit was extremely easy to set up and all the potential fittings were there. I first hooked it up to the outdoor line with the proper adapter and after my tank was up and going, I tapped the main copper line. It was nice not to make trips to the hardware store to get the different needed fittings! Water goes in at 2 TDS into the DI and leaves 0. The dual TDS meter and pressure gauge are very helpful. Definitely worth the few extra bucks. I also run this with the 75 gallon per day extender. See my review there but in summary half the waste, make water fast!

I purchased the 5 stage plus 75 GPD product and installed it about 2 weeks ago. I cant say enough. The installation was just plain simple. The videos on this site are dead on. The unit comes with an excellent array of installation options andd all the partsyou need. I instaled the unit right over my washer so supply and drain water were easily accessible and the most difficult part was just hanging the unit (even this is not difficult). The waste wate line dumps in to the washer and is used to wash clothes. So basically there is no waste for me. I will be purchasing the auto shut off kit soon. Love it.

I purchased the RO/DI Plus unit for my misting system on my vivariums. It was easy to get going and works awesome. Not only do I use it for misting water, but I use it to water my orchids, personal drinking water and water for brewing my home brew beer!

This RO/DI unit has everything!! Great service! Great product! An upgrade you may want to do is running the additional 75gpd RO/DI membrane which will create less waste water. Don't forget to read the instructions and let the RO/DI unit run for an hour after install to clear out membrane preservatives and carbon dust.

everything came as said! the online video made install super fast and easy! mounted mine under the sink with the copper tube adapter! (so happy that was included) there wasn't any leaks any were instantly was making RO/DI water in under 30 min! thanks for putting such a good simple kit together i will be recommended it to my other reefer friends!

Easy to install, you'll have RODI water in minutes! Definitely buy the plus system and I would recommend upgrading to the 150gpd membrane if you have good pressure.

After purchasing a psi gauge I tested my water at 42psi. I called BRS and they were very helpful with answering questions. I was told that the RO unit would work well as long as the pressure was above 35psi, anything lower than that would require a booster pump. After receiving the unit and doing a very nice clean install under the kitchen sink, with all the necessary fittings provided, I tested the unit and it works great. I really like the saddle fitting that lets you hook right up to your drain with the waste water. I myself will only use the unit as needed filling five gallon jugs and the ball valve that was provided work well, lets me turn the unit off and on when needed. I also like the fact that BRS sells quality filters at great prices. The dual TDS meter on this unit is a definite must. I’m reading 1TDS before the DI and 0TDS after. The best part for me is no more trips to the LFS for water. RO/DI units are a must for reefers. THANKS BRS!!!

i recently purchased this unit for the rebuild of my 90 gallon reef. I went with the "PLUS" system because of all the extra bells and whistles and I am glad I did. With all the included connections it only took me 10 minutes to hook it up with the garden hose adapter and i was pumping out 0 TDS water. The dual inline TDS meter will make it easy to know when filters need changed and the pressure gauge lets me know the unit is working optimally. For the money the unit is packed full of features, is constructed solidly and works great, I am very happy with my purchase!

So easy to install. Has everything you could possible need to install with many different options to do so. Don't have any negitives. Easy to read instructions and truly installs in 10 min. Hardest part is to find the best spot to mount it for easy of service, but thats nothing.

This system is an incredible buy, I was able to get in on a group buy so I got it for less than the $199 price advertised. Setup was a breeze I really was able to have it up and running in less than 15 minutes. After running for the recommended hour to flush out and carbon fines and to clean the membrane I had high quality 0 TDS water in no time.

I would definitely recommend the plus system for the pressure gauge and the dual TDS meter both of which are very useful additions. Shipping on the product was excellent as well it was carefully wrapped and arrived in great condition and had a very quick shipping time.

Shipment arrived in good condition and quicker then expected. Set up was very easy as all parts for installation were included as advertised. Printed instructions were complete and the video's on the web site were also good for additional information. I did a lot of checking of other products and talked with the local aquarium shop regarding RO/DI units and this is far and away the better product. The "PLUS" unit is worth the extra few dollars for what is included in the package.
