Okay, maybe I am moron.
I picked up one of these in my first BRS order with every intent of installing it in my 32 gallon Rubbermaid RO storage basin. After the first overflow, I thought - boy, if I put a float valve in, this wouldn't happen. But I didn't. Second time, I thought - I really should install that float valve. But I didn't. After the third time, I finally installed the valve. It did the trick! Presto - no more floods!
It was very easy to install and it (knock on wood) seems to be nearly failsafe, especially in an application with RO where there is no chance of salt/calcium build up or critters causing it to malfunction.

Works great, the float sits on an angle therefore can’t get accidentally stuck in the down position like other floats I’ve used in the past.

This product is a snap to install and works great. For me, this will pay for itself in the amount of water saved since I always forget to turn my RO/DI system off. Thanks BRS for the quick shipping as well as your instructional video which helped make installing it a breeze.

I love that this float switch is adjustable. I use it for two different water levels in the same container. I only need one switch for both water levels so it's saved me money and space in my water container.

Great product and HIGHLY recommend the adjustable float. I use this on a 20 gallon round garbage can that I use to make water for my water changes. At first I thought it was going to leak going on a round container but I only had to tighten it. This is definitely a life-saver for me as I kept forgetting to turn off the RO/DI unit. Like the adjustable because then you don't have to get it in the exact spot.

Easy to install. This was installed into a brute force can where I make the water. Simple installation and now I do not have to worry about if I forgot to turn off the ro/di.

Works great and really is just as advertised. Best for square containers as it can be hard to get a good seal on a curved surface. I would recommend this item.
