Have this setup and working great with my Apex (Its a float switch... you can use it with any controller).
Only thing I don't like is that the set screw meant to mount it securely against the sump is too short. An extra scrap piece of acrylic fixed that issue. I'd buy again in a heartbeat

A bit price but, looks like a solid product. Only have had it for a few weeks but so far so good. Does what it needs to do. A bit of a hasle to figure out how to use it, but 15mins of tinkering with the Rkl and u should figure it out. No instructions needed.

All in one box and ready to go! installed for ATO and controlled by my Apex controller. Great quality and I like that they are adjustable!
Great Value, but alot of work By Keith on 4/21/2012

The brackets are not wide enough to fit over my sump lip. Fortunetly, I was able to attach it to one of the baffles. The wiring requires alot of extra work to configure and it requires water proofing the connections. You will likely need extra wire as the wire that comes with it may not be long enough. My RKE is about 4 feet from the floats. I spent about 3 hours on this part of the project just waiting for liquid tape to dry between coats. I would have preferred also that Digital Aquatics had an air pressure version of the device to cut down on cleaning later.
Works Well By Jim on 9/4/2011

Works really well and keeps my sumps water level. The float switch looks like it uses magnets to run so you shouldn't have to worry too much about electrical currents off the switch part. You will need a soldering iron and some shrink tubing cause you will need to attach the wires from the switch to the wires to the plug. You will also need a SL1 or SL2 to run this.

Tying to set up a ATO and really stretching myself. I did noot realize I had to purchase additional equipment. This ia just the float. Since ordering I have found other reliable products less expensive that purchasing all Digital Aquatics equipment to finish ATO system.
Great but could be better By Charlie on 6/23/2011

Good item, but if one bracket could hold two switches that would be even better.
Very Nice Float Switch By Chuck on 6/14/2011

This is a really nice product. The bracket is almost 1/4" thick custom bent acrylic, and it has numerous adjustments and mounting options to fit many applications. The float switch is nice and sturdy as well with long leads. Like most of DA's stuff it's not cheap but at least it's high quality and will last.
If you think you might need 2 buy the dual bracket model, It's two single bracket units but 5 bucks cheaper than buying them separately.
