I had purchased 2 ecotech's mp10w's for my 65 gallon and was very pleased. i thought since I had the such good luck with mp10w's I would try the glue. I was not sipleased works great lives upto the ecotech's reputation. Kinda of expensive though

I am new to reefing but this stuff works good. Glued all of my Fiji rock together with out any issues and is strong. Really goes a long ways, no need for the giant bottle unless you are doing some serious glueing. Watch the instructional videos, when used for glueing frags etc under water it really helps to apply the glue twice before placing it on the rock.

I really like this product on my second big bottle. first was to aquascape my rocks and now for corals and fraging. the glue really helped my rocks stay together and the color of the glue after a few months turns to the same color as the rocks and blends. if used and applied properly you will have a successful trial of this glue. oh and btw i glued majority of my rocks underwater. reason why i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the price. other then that it works.

This glue is amazing! It is thick, holds immediately and kept my frags in place. It can even be used underwater. That was a great aspect and a big plus! Overall its a great product and works really well.

Huge Fail!

Got the big bottle. It jammed stuck after a month and now i cant get any glue out. I cut the tip cause the cap wont unscrew.
I love the BRS gel glue. Its like day and night compared to this useless product from Ecotech.
Talk about an expensive paperweight.

Best glue I ever tried.... Makes life a lot easier...you can use it under water just when you squeeze out glue of course water will get in so don't release the bottle after compression and remove from water so it can refill the bottle with air... Duh. Best glue on the market. Can glue softies without chemical release killing them and thicker viscosity makes setting frags simple.

I have no clue what the other negative reviews are talking about. One of the best non epoxy glues I used for reefing. I have also used it at least 12 times with no problems the next time I go to use it. Just like any other glue you need to clean the tip before putting that cap back on.

I got this glue thinking I can use it underwater, what a mistake, I glued some of the sps under water, and the water got in the bottle. It dried up the top section of the glue. I have to drill a hole to use the remaining glues. If used outside of water it works fine and it's a lot of glues.

Surprised to see all the negative reviews. I have had a large bottle for about 6 mos. It has worked great for all applications. I do not refrigerate mine. I have used at least 100x for small and large areas. No real complaints.

I've used just about every combination of stuff and gotta say I love this stuff and will always sit in my fridge from now on. As long as you use it correctly. Is a little pricey tho

The glue itself is great. The hard bottle is a pain to use, extremely difficult to squeeze any glue out of it. I trying warming it a bit, ie. held it in my hands for about 10 minutes prior to using, glue was no longer gel when warmed. Very disappointing.

for a new hobbiest, I went with this product hearing many good things about it., I will not recommend it, oh boy I got big white globs of glue on my rocks and it looks bad, not to mention all the others before me, on thier reviews, I had the same problems...dont buy this....

I find the EcoTech glue very quick setting and good at holding the corals in the tank, but the bottle is very rigid making it incredibly difficult to get the glue on to the frag. Also by 'glues under water' they mean the glue the can set under water not that you cannot actually hold the bottle underwater to release glue.

Had my hopes up since I own the Vortechs. Glad I didn't get the $50 bottle. Ecotech should not make the claim that its good underwater. Good for gluing out the water but why spend $20-$50 when you can use epoxy or regular super glue for $1. Save your money on this product.

I was talking into purchasing this. At first, I thought is was great because it was thick and not runny. The pin in the cap that is supposed to keep the tip clear did not work and clogged. I had to cut the tip off of the bottle. Then too much glue came out and made a mess. I made the mistake others did and tried it under water...big mistake. If you get a tiny bit of water in the bottle, the entire thing will cure. I will stick with the cheap stuff.

I got this product due its claims of great use for underwater mounting. This glue doesn't come close. I tried using this underwater and the only thing it did was make a huge mess, if you are working underwater stick with epoxy!

I got a free sample of it from the SeaMAX event in Seatle 2011. GREAT for gluing frags OUT of the water, but when I used it in the tank, the whole bottle cured. You have to squeeze really hard to get any out and you can't stop squeezing until it's out of the tank.
