There are plenty of tools that you could use to frag. These are a good priced tool and they make fragging much easier than using other types of tools.
Just make sure to wash your tools or have a container with fresh water to set the tools in while your fragging.

Pretty much everything you need. These tools will help you to do thing properly and have the best chance for success with fragging.
Corrosion and rust are always a concern when using tools like this in salt water, I used lots of fresh water and a thorough drying process and have avoided rust so far.
These tools are quite nice and surgical quality.
