Buy this unless you plan on dipping a TON of corals By lordofthereef on 2/12/12

At first I thought this was expensive, for what you get, but realized there is great value in it, unless you are dipping a ton of corals. The bottle is rougly 6x the price, and while you do get far more than 6x more product, I find the bottle just sitting there getting closer and closer to the expiration date. For a single frag swap, these things are wonderful. Makes a gallon of dip, which is plenty for almost all the frags you will have that day. I like a stronger dose, so I will use 1/3-1/2 gallon of water per "one shot". No coral losses yet, and actually founds some red planaria on one of my corals. Happy I dipped before placing in the tank!

The only dip I use. If you are reading looking for advice, buy it, be happy, and don't worry about your corals. Many people will dip their corals and place them in their tank. I will dip mine with the Coral Rx Pro and then place them in Q tank for a couple weeks to be safe. Zero problems so far.

I use this product for every piece of Coral I put into my tank. It works great I never had any problems with any bugs or any sort of disease on my corals. For $20 a bottle I don't see a reason why you wouldn't buy this.

Coral Rx is a great product for new corals and kills the bad stuff you don't want. My only complaint is the bottle I received expired after 2 months.

I had a flat worm problem in my tank. Nothing really worked. When I moved everything to a larger tank I soaked all corals and live rock in this product. After a few months I have yet to see a flat worm. One note though. There was a slight die back of the coraline algea but in grew back rather quickly.

I am very active in moving a lot of corals, I have used many brand of dips and Coral Rx is my dip of choice. Have dipped hundreds of corals and other dips have missed pests, Coral rx will strip the coral clean.

Not only for coral use By Adjuster Frank on 4/9/11

I purchased the Coral RX for ridding my live rock of Acoel Flatworms. (Clear) I was going to be transferring some rock to a bigger tank. I have a small issue with these worms. As they are not harmful to the system or fishes, I did not want them in my new system. I used the coral Rx and soaked the rock with a pump for about 20 minutes. I then rinsed the rock and so far no clear worms in the new system.
I will continue to use this product for all coral as I feel proactive prevention should be first on the Husbandry list.

After an AEFW problem I don't bring home corals without dipping them first. It even helped me rid the tank of aefw. It's a MUST for any reef keeper

I like it! By Karin on 10/21/10

I just killed a coral by dipping it with some harsher stuff so the Coral RX seemed very appealing to me.
I used it to dip corals I just got and they seemed to take it well and not look stressed at all during the dip.
I didn't have tons of bugs falling off my corals or anything but they may have just not had anything on it. I accidently dipped a snail with it and it didn't like it but survived it.
It also smells nice (not that it matters) sort of like herbs or pinesol or similar

Amazing. Used it for the first time tonight on all my corals and frags while moving them to my new tank. Tons of crap literally fell off my corals within 30 seconds. I dipped everything from my frogspawn, zoas, mushrooms, gsp, fingerleather and everything is looking great. I won't put any new coral in my tank without dipping with coral rx from here on out. Your crazy if you don't scoop a few bottles up!!!
