This is the best and only carbon use and will ever use, tumbles nicely and has a very constant product. Quickly rinses clean and does not clump.

This is the best carbon ever! I couldn't believe how low the dust was only had to run about 1/2 gallon of water through the reactor to clean it. My water was more clear after only an hour. I prefer this carbon.

I use this carbon in a mesh bag and put it in the back sump. The greatest feature of this carbon is that it doesn't break apart easily, less dusk, and if you use a carbon reactor this baby definitely is the go-to product!
But if you are like me, and use a mesh bag, you can do with Lignite carbon the BRS offers.

Very high quality compared to other brands. Very little dust, about 2-3 seconds of flushing and water is crystal clear.

The more fizz, the better the carbon. This is hands down, the best carbon available. Plus, a great price. It's amazing how well this product works!

I normally use the Lignite carbon. I ordered the ROX 0.8 kinda by accident, but saw how good it is supposed to be and decided to try it rather than return. I use a 2LF 150 reactor and the small pellet size of the ROX carbon can be hard to contain. as it slips past the sponges and gets into my sump. If you can figure out how to keep that from happening-this is a great carbon. I will be going back to the lignite just for the ease of use.

I've been using this carbon for a while. I quite like it, but I have two problems writing a review. 1) It is difficult to judge the performance of carbon. ROX does not require excessive cleaning and does not release phosphates I can detect, but I have no way of telling how well it works except my water is clear, and 2) Mine has tended to clump and frequently gets past the sponges and into my display. I think, with some visual confirmation, that this is good stuff. Unfortunately, it can be troublesome on occasion.

I think it does a good job at removing organic. However I have my lighting set up in a way that the yellowing of the water is never really noticeable. I won't buy this product again because my aquarium set up does not really has a need for it.

Super absorbent, quality carbon - and you get a large amount for the price. This stuff pulls out contaminants quickly when used in a reactor.

This is a big savings over buying prepackaged canister filter pouches. Water looks great and running this in a reactor is definitely better than using a filter sock.

This stuff is amazing. It's so well produced that when you wash it you get little to no discoloured water running off at all. The absorption qualities are phenomenal also.

I'm using Premium ROX 0.8 Aquarium Carbon with High Capacity GFO. I run a Dual BRS reactor with a Maxi Jet 1200. My water is crystal clear. I have no measurable phosphates now. I really couldnt be happier with the product.

Have used lignite in the past and as good as it is rox is the better. It's the best I've ever used. incredible how clear the water is.
