I used to just get whatever off the shelf carbon was the cheapest. But was always having water clarity issues. But after some research, decided to get some ROX and I'll never go back. Great filtering ability with very little fines or dust.

I ran the BRS Reef calculator recommended amount in a Nextreef MR1 Reactor. It's been about 6 weeks and still going strong (water is very clear and tank inhabitants are very happy).

Never seen my water this clear. This stuff is great. It looks kinda strange, and you better not forget to rinse it--but it works.

This Carbon is great stuff, only have to rinse it a little bit and the dust is gone. Works very well in my reactor and my tank water is very clear thanks to it.
