If you aren't putting in a true union ball valves, put these in. Don't plumb your system without making places to take it apart for maintenence of the pump or fixing problems that arise. So glad I did

Great valve! So much better than the local hardware store. It's just as they say in the video you'll wish you had put in more. At first I was concerned that they might leak. No worries. Best of all they are made in the USA.

Do yourself a favor and buy at least five, you will find places to add them and make plumbing that much easier. These unions like perfectly on and off every time

These little guys are life savers! So happy I listened to Ryans advise in the video and put these everywhere I could. The extra $10 that I spent on these seemingly "unnecessary" fittings saved me a lot more money, time, and headache when I had to cut apart my system in orse to add a spray bar. Just simply unscrewed the union and just screwed in my newly fashions spray bar. Didnt have to redo everything from scratch!

Felt super solid, I bough sch 40 unions from somewhere else but they didn't feel beefy enough to give me confidence for years of leak free use. Ordered these, and the difference was easy to see, very beefy.

Schedule 80 is the best way to go. Just make sure you have enough room when laying out your set-up because it does take a little more space. That being said the strength of the fittings you just can not beat. BRS has everything you need to do the job right “The one stop supplier” Save your gas they have done all the leg work for you.

These unions are fantastic. Well constructed and the easy to break down. And the best part is the price; these unions are cheaper than the majority of the Schedule 40 unions sold at the hardware stores.

It nice to find a reef store that carries sch 80 fittings and pipe in the first place. The products are high quality, without the price of Spears or Charlotte, not to mention the hassle of dealing with local plumbing supply houses that don't understand reef plumbing dynamics or the fact that you are not a licenses plumber and are trying to purchase these items.
