I purchased this to drill four holes in three 40gal breeder tanks that I'm using for my custom refugium under my 320 setup. After I was done with the four holes the bit looks like its still has plenty more to go, and for the price should I ever need to drill again, this is the only place I will purchase from PERIOD!!!

I drilled my cornerflo tank for a extra bulk head to run another overflow and quite things down. I was nervous about drilling but after watching the how to videos it went really easy. I would recommend a guide for multiple holes or where your concerned with spacing as the 45 deg angle technique worked but could be challenging with limited space.

Great product a little hard to control at first but the more you use it the easier it is. I recomend the drill guide if it's your first time to drill glass it will help you drill it right where you need it not where it wants to go.

I was a little nervous about the quality of these since they are so cheap but it worked great. Granted I've only cut one hole so far, so I'm not sure how long they last, but I got a clean hole and couldn't have asked for more.

I looked at local hardware stores and didn't carry the sizes that I needed and on top of that the one's they did have were somewhere around $50. I bought a 35mm drill bit from BRS and it did exactly what it was supposed to do and did it without chips and cracks or scratches. very happy with the bits offered here.

I'd suggest drilling a hole through an unwanted tank or piece of glass before trying on your tank. The bit is extremely easy to use once you get used to the initial grab of the bit. Good luck!
