This system is by far the easiest to use. Great product and the fact you can visibly see inside each chamber makes this the best.

Got the dual without the pump because I have plenty of those around. Great price! Happy with it so far.

I'm not one that puts things together with ease so I was a little intimidated but the directions were good and I was able to do it by myself. Make sure you push the hoses in tight because I didn't at first and they leaked but once I pushed harder it stopped. Also the hoses are stiff so make sure they are pointed in the direction you want them to go, once they are in I couldn't get them back out to change the direction.

in just 48 hours this dual gfo/carbon reactor decreased my phosphates from .92 to .12 per my Hanna checker! Amazing results, just what my poor neglected tank needed.
BUY A BETTER PUMP By SickWickedClown on 6/19/2013

Was excited about buying this dual set up but when it came in the mail and i got it all set up the Cobalt MJ1200 is not strong enough to run this system.... I even called and asked before i bought this set up if i was going to have issues and the assured me as long as i change the media every 2 weeks there be no problem well within 24 hrs of running it i had to keep valve open all the way just to tumble the GFO a little buy the end of the second day it wouldnt tumble it at all thats using 1 1/2 cups of GFO in first chamber and 1 1/2 cups of carbon in second chamber... So my advice if your buying this set up to run dual reactors do yourself a favor buy a stronger pump of you'll regret it

Easy to set up. Very easy to use. The dual is better then having 2 singles if you are tight for space. Great product and would recommend to anyone looking for a great reactor..

I finally made the decision to get the dual reactor for carbon and GFO. I have no idea why I waited. Talk about easy to use. I got mine with the pump and am very impressed so far!

Dual BRS reactor By Karen on 5/29/2013

Easy to set up. Works great. The 3' included tubing
is too short for hanging the unit on my wall next to tank.
If I could fit the unit behind my tank the tubing would work
but I can't so off to home depot I go. I should have ordered
longer tubing so I won't deduct a star for me being short
sighted. I just didn't realize how short 3' is.

Works great easy to use - wish the tubing was more flexible. By Ciantank on 5/20/2013

Works great and easy to use. I put it in my sump just in case of a leak, but I do not feel it will leak so I may move it.
If the tubing could be more flexible I would have given it five stars.

This is my first reef tank and I had absolutely no problems setting this up in a matter of minutes. The product is well-built and has been keeping my water clear and phosphates at 0.00. The cobalt maxijet 1200 pump is definitely the way to go. Extremely quiet operation. From what I hear they're Italian made very reliable as well. I would not hesitate to buy this product again or recommend to a friend.

i picked this reactor for its convenience of use and accessibility. no complicated seals or valves to mess with. the plastic vessels are thick and the bracket is very sturdy. feel confident with it anchored to a stud. would buy again and most likely will because its American :)
Works but under powered By Chase on 5/1/2013

Like other reviews have said I like the reactor over all but it is under powered for my 180g system. Constantly getting clogged in the sponges, I even did it without the sponge and it clogged the bottom vents. Looking for another type of pump to power it, until then i have taken it off line.
it is worth it!!!! By dimitri on 4/18/2013

I was having phosphate issues and my water was not really that clear so i went searching for a reactor when i looked on youtube and saw the Bulk Reef Supply Dual Reactor and the review by two guys that are part of BRS it really convinced me that the DUal reactor would solve my problems. So I ordered it even tho on the video it said it was only good up to 120 gallons, I disagree I have about 135 gallons running through my 125 gallon LPS dominated reef tank and by the end of the first week all of my cyano bacteria vanished and within 3 week all the hair algae i had had been eradicated, and beside running GFO which i bought from BRS i also used the other reactor for carbon and it is wayyyy better than putting two bags of Chemi Pure in my sump. totally worth the 50$ plus i modded it to fit and old pump i used for my nano so no need for there pump if you have a small one lying around. I only used 1 cup of carbon and one cup of GFo my first time and it has only been about 3 weeks since adding them and it made such a HUGE difference. i could notice in less than a day the difference it made.
Great initial response, inadequate pump. By Dalton on 4/16/2013

Pump worked great when i played around with it in my tank but it seems like when attached to the BRS dual reactor it is just to under powered. Reactor itself had no issue and was accompanied with great instructions.
Great quality but limited on connections By tyvek on 4/11/2013
tyvek would recommend this product to a friend
Love the idea and variety that can be used. But had no way to connect any one of 3 different pumps to it? If it is dependent on "john guest" fittings then share the wealth and include an adapter or two...seriously.
For small systems(100 gallons or less) the maxijet that luck of the draw fits then okay. But for anyone else with more throughput and the reactor flow supports it then a slightly bigger pump would beneficial.
With a 15+ reef have had enough improvising and engineering to fill a small book.
