I have used my dual BRS reactor now for approximately seven months....I have a 70 G reef tank. My water is crystal clear and my phosphates are next to nothing...me and my corals love the dual reactors.....

This reactor is quality. I was debating sharing the GFO and Carbon in the one chamber reator, but Im SOOO glad I went with the dual chamber. Changing out media is simple. It takes me literally 5 minutes or less. After handling this reatcor for 2 minutes you can tell its quality. BRS provided everything I needed to hook up my reactor. Thank you! I have never had and issue, leak, anything with this product and would reccomend it to anyone.

I had some similar problems with clogging as some other reviewers have had. I found a solution however and now they are running great with no problems at all. The bottom of the media canister i had to open up those plastic rings so they allowed more flow through. I took a phillips head screwdriver and basically pried and broke those rings apart, as that is where the clogging is happening. I did the same for the plastic ring that goes on the top over the top sponge. A little unorthodox but its working great now.

I really like this reactor. Hangs nicely on the back of my stand and I'm able to change out each media seperately as required.

This is a great product for cleaning any size tank. It works like a dream. Media changes take seconds and are so simple. my only complaint is it takes some getting used to to get it running effeciently. my suggestion is to get some extra canisters for when you preform media changes. It makes life easier and ensures the media is in a clean can, which is very important as flow becomes very restricted when the canisters get dirty and clogged (a cheap toothbrush will do the trick in cleaning these and clearing debris). Any ways, This is a must have, this combined with ROX and high capacity GFO and youll forget what test results looked like when they bad or too high.

The reactor itself is great. Well designed, easy to work with and change the media on etc. The pump that this reactor is paired with is not cutting it. I'm probably going to have to T my return line on my return pump to get better flow. I would highly recommend the reactor, but the pump needs to be bigger/stronger to push the water thru the media. I get barely a trickle (10GPH, literally, I timed it on a five gallon bucket).

Had the unit installed for about 2 weeks. Very easy set up. Comes with nice gate valve. Push fittings make set up a snap. Only minor compliant is that the tube is pretty stiff limiting the way you route the tube.
