You really do get more life out of these lab grade filters. I was able to go two years making 30 gallons a month before a 1 bar drop in pressure. And even after two years the TDS meter was only reading 4ppm coming out of the R/O and 0 coming out of the DI. I'm sure I could squeeze more out of the media at the expense of the R/O membrane. Also, they do include plenty of extra DI resin for the messy changing process. These really are excellent components at a superior value.

I order this kit for my Water General RO/DI filter every year and get great results. I like how the DI resin comes in a resealable bag, as I only use what I need then reseal it. BRS is a great company to do business with.

These replacements worked so much better then my original filters that came with another brand of RO unit. After broke down my other unit and re configured it to accept these stages my water quality came out so much better and they are cheap enough to buy two kits so you can always have a back up filter in case u need one quickly!!!!

Fastest shipping ever! The most pleasant, useful, and down to earth customer service I have ever encountered. Now, about the filters, I' ve had to replace the filters every six months (3 times so far). It is my fault because these carbon blocks have twice that much life in them.Get a couple extra sediment filters (only 2.99) and change them as soon as they turn color; this will double the life of your carbon filters.

Was a little nervous when I bought this to replace the media for my 5 stage RO/DI as I had never changed it before. Was a bit nervous it might be more complicated that I thought. Took 10 minutes to change out the canisters and resin and was easy as that. Works great and is simple, couldn't ask for more.
