I have been using this for about two weeks and have not seen any results so far, The pellets did clump up a little at first and now seems to be tumbling better. Will update soon.

After several months with this new material I have mix results. Plants are growing again (they stopped with the previous brand). it clumped. Maybe be I did something wrong: I presoaked them before usage and maybe I should not have done that...

Been looking to go with biopellets for while and finally took plunge. These are just as advertised and only had running for a week now but already nitced changes in tank nitrates dropping tank looking better says can take 4 to 8 weeks to start but already improving tank so look forward to see what happens in the next few weeks

I had to remove the pellets, after 10 weeks later because outbreak of dinoflagellate. Took me 3 month to getrid of that monsters, but I would like to try pellets again soon.

I purchased the 500ml BRS Bio Pellets. These pellets really works and fast. In 24 hours, my reactor was full of bacterial. Just make sure you have a good flow through your reactor or the bacterial will clog the reactor. I had to remove the sponge material from my reactor to keep it from clogging. I am glad I purcahsed the 500ml because I think if I had anymore, it would be way to much bacterial in my reactor.

it was very easy to set up. just have to remember to put the corse mesh twords the top the reactor to keep the goodies in.

I just introduced the biopellets into my system a few days ago. I can definately say something is going on. My skimmer has already started to increase production of skimmate, so that tells me its starting to work. I can't wait to see the results in 4-8 weeks!

after having 30 ppm nitrate in my reef tank its now down to zero after 2 months and i couldnt be happier.....buyer beware tho i used the brs reactor with a maxijet1200 and wasnt getting enough flow the pellets got all clogged up and created a big cyano outbreak but after i realized this i fixed it all up got a goood flow going through n they r working great now.....just be weary of how they r flowing because if they clump up it could spell disaster.....from my experience i recccoemd maximum flow as much as your reactor and pellets could handle....and do yourself a favor get the Reef Octopus Reactor and a mag 3 n uwont even have to keep an eye on the thing
