Surprisingly...bad packaging from BRS By Patricio on 12/5/2014

I have bought a lot of things at BRS, and have always been happy, and been surprised by how well items are packaged, and their customer service is GREAT...but...this light did not come packaged well at all.
1. Ballast: Inside the ballast box, everything was loose. Screws banging all over the box, the interior parts sliding all over the palce. (WHY???)
2. Bulb id not have protection around it, and it was against the edge of the box.
Plugged it in, the light doesn't work. Could be bulb (there is a piece of glass loose inside the bulb, but no apparent damage to the outside), could be ballast. Who knows.
BRS did ship me a new bulb right away (GREAT +++ CUSTOMER ERVICE) for free, but now I have to wait another 5 days (plus the weekend), and it might not even be bulb.
I will post an update and 5 stars when this is solved.
Other than that, the fixture looks really nice.
