    I've been in the market for a new return pump and the had this pump come up on deal of the day couldn't pass it up works grate it's a little noisier than I expected but I'm trying some thanks that. Seem to be helping.

    This is my first experience running a larger tank (140g). I did alot of research on pumps looking for efficiencies in power, heat, flow, and price. I wanted a great price so that I could affort to buy a 2nd as a backup. Since the first one ran so impressive, I agreed to buy a 2nd as a backup spare. My pump is 30' from my tank and works perfectly...initially I had to dial down the power but once I tuned the drainage I was able to increase the flow to max. Very happy with this pump :)

    This is my return for a 180 display with 100 gal sump. I had to adjust my plumbing from the sump to feed it by adding two 1.5 in overflows t'd to its 1" intake (one 2" would do the trick). Originally I had a foot of 1" PVC connected that reduced from one 1.5" overflow. Cavitating occurred so I immediately shut it down. The wider pipe closer to the intake did the trick.

    I have no complaints about noise and it is pushing a lot of water.

    This pump pack a punch! awesome flow, super low current draw, and pretty darn quite for the amount of flow it puts out. that being said, you just better hope nothing ever breaks on this pump. my impellar shattered at only a few months of use. Sent pump in for repair since it had a three year warranty. it took months to get any info back from panworld. they refuse to communicate with the general pupblic (us the reefer) and barely communicate with their vendors. they refused to warranty the pump, or even offer parts for me to purchase so I could repair it myself. they kept my pump and never returned it to me. I also had to pay shipping to send it back to them. so basically I donated money to panworld with nothing to show for it. the guys at BRS was great to deal with in trying to get this issue resolved, but panworld would not give in and take care of their customer. long strory short, dont buy this pump thinking you are getting a great warranty and customer service from the manufacturer, because you not. If you want a great performing, great priced pump, then go for it.

    I had a lot of micro bubbles which I learned is from the pump "cavitating". Its sucks harder then the inlet can keep up. I turned down my output valves and all is well.

    Using this for a while now for a return pump. Not one issue. Easy to clean. Runs great and fairly quiet. In addition it runs very cool. Definitely recommend.

    Great pump for the money. Not silent but what do you expect for 1110 gph. efficient on power. Quiet concerning all parameter. Will likely get a second one later.

    This pump is a quiet work horse. I also bought the rubber silencer pad which I recommend. I am impressed with the amount of current used by this pump for the flow produced. The warrantee on this pump makes it a no brainier. I am going to buy another one of these for my second tank. GREAT!!!!!

    This is a reliable, powerful, and fairly quiet pump. I was really impressed with the overall build and power. Coupled with Cepex Ball valves, this gives my set up a very professional and manageable system. I can easily dial down my pump and get my protein skimmer exactly how I want it if I'm dosing red slime remover, or dial it up to have my skimmer work overtime. My biggest concern when I was planning my set up was the noise. I honestly barely notice it. Its quiet and its subtle. I'm so happy with this purchase and would totally recommend this pump to everyone!
