I have only been running this protein skimmer for a couple of days now and it seems to already be producing some great skimmate. I still have a small microbubble problem, but it seems to be getting better as the days go by. Manufacturer says that the break in period is 7-14 days and then they should go away after that. So I hope that is the case!

I have been running this unit in my Nuvo 38 IM tank for about a week, have consulted with Manny at customer service at IM, set up the unit exactly as outlined, even added sponges in the adjacent chamber, adjusted the flow and height of the unit, still loaded with micro bubbles in the tank.

My tank looks like a bottle of 7 up that has been shaken vigorously.

I am not pleased at all with this product
