Switched to this after using sugar grain for a year.I have a very high flow tank with open aquascape and this sand doesn't move once settled.Looks very natural and ph stays very constant so far.

Looks very natural and is large enough to not blow all over the corals. The sand sifters love it as well.

One of the quickest ways to cycle the tank, and looks great. Its a little heavier than sand with crushed coral in it so its less likely to get moved around by powerheads flow.

The Arag-Alive Special Grade is a really good substrate for most reef tanks. I'm currently using it in a 8.7 shallow nano reef and there is minimal sand storms, in comparison to some of the finer substrates like the Fiji Pink.
