Was using a flare on my original setup, but I opted for the round nozzle off a Y fitting to have 2 precise directions of flow. This allowed much more control to help eliminate dead zones and hopefully stop so of that annoying algae. Was hard to fit together but a little heat and they slid right in place

I am amazed how easy this is to use. I have no dead spots now. I can direct the flow in any direction, and it simple to add or remove segments to make any length or design that u need.

I bought a section of 1/2" for my return. Flows 250 gph very nice. Turns a full 180 degrees.

Loc-line allows me to direct flow from my return pump without being an eyesore. If you ever intend on making alterations to your loc-line connections, be sure to purchase the connector tool.

No tool needed just used a towel and pressed pieces together it works great and I can fashion it over the water line so no worries on sucking the tank to the sump.

Takes muscle to remove and add pieces but worth the sore hands. the pliers don't help just some spit and elbo grease.
