    These filters are great. I stock up on them and change them very regularly since my tap is pretty dirty. My only complaint is that the USPS shipping rates BRS uses must be based on price, not weight. Almost ten bucks to ship ten filters is more than what USPS charges. I understand "and handling" and the box, etc. Just saying their shipping rates are padded.

    I stock up on these and change them often. This filter catches a lot from my municipal water - they yellow very quickly, so I figure it extends the life of the filters downstream of it.

    Having well water means going through prefilters very often. After switching to this brand I don't go through filters as quick and they do not slow down when they become saturated. Definitely will keep buying them.

    For the price there is no reason you should not buy multiple filters and change them out as soon as you notice a change in color. Takes 1 minute to install, great product.
