    Bought two of these for my 75 gallon tank. One for GFO and one for carbon. no complaints. work well, easy to use. Had to buy extra tubing but that was my own fault for putting them away from the sump.

    I bought the Deluxe with the MJ1200. Everything looked good out of the box, but when I attempted to hook up the tubing provided to the MJ1200 the two are the exact same size. I needed to use one of the pieces that came with the powerhead to join the two. Only partial water capacity is moving through the reactor. Additionally, the tubing is incredibly rigid and hard to work with.

    The instructions weren't accurate either. They included steps to put the elbows on. The machined top already has these included so this is moot.

    Some type of nipple or joining mechanism would be beneficial

    Very easy to install. I bought two of these for my tank, one run GFO and the other run carbon. Took me less than 10 minutes to setup both of them. The reactor is very well made. Water clear out after first night.

    I had some algea popping up nothing bad but it was a nusence. I added the Deluxe GFO reactor with the cobolt 1200 power head. The cobalt 1200 is so quit I didn't think it was working. I use a single reactor for both carbon and gfo on my 65 gallon reef tank, It is working great. I plan on adding the second treactor to seperate the carbon and gfo.

    I have 2. Whats more to say, they have a quality feel and operate flawlessly with GFO and Carbon. However I would not recommend this design for biopellets as the reactor clogs easily and requires regular maintenance.

    Was having phosphate issues , ordered the deluxe reactor with the help from the brs video's and easy install of this reactor took care of my problems with phosphate problems in a couple weeks, will probably get a second one to add carbon along with my gfo
