  • Pathetic "support" and lack of User Guide etc... By Greg on 3/7/13

    The unit is shipped w/o a user's manual. there is virtually no guidance on how to attach the mess of cables and modules. The manual on-line was nearly worthless, the programming is counter-intuitive. The myreef 2.0 software is not supported by mac. Their Customer support claimed the reason I have not received the required email to activate my online support was because their system was overloaded, Yet Brandon of BRS support was able to open an account for me 1 hour later. After 24 hours I have not received the "activation" email. Just a lame excuse by Digital Aquatics. There is no documentation on how to set-up and their "FORUM" is full of outdated threads and confusing abbreviations that don't match the names of the modules. I could go ON and ON. there is more. I should have purchased an Apex

    The reefkepper is one of the best controller ive ever had. Digital Aqutics tech support is the best ive had the honor to deal with.

    I will not have another tank without a controller. This is a great product. Although I like my Apex better I would definitley recommend a ReefKeeper to anyone looking at controller. They are both great and very nice add ons to any aquarium.

    The production values on the a couple of the pieces could be a little higher and the programming could be just a little more straight forward but with all that said I would recommend this product. It does everything it promises to do and within the first week I also had the ATO setup and running without fear of flooding. I'm taking my time setting up each pump, timer and Network piece so I learn how it all works before moving to the next component.
