Right out of the box, everything was perfect. I'm changing out a Korralin Reactor and totally impressed with the construction, ease of assembly, and operation. I like that this holds 24 lbs of media. I contacted GEO before purchase because there wasn't a specific rating but they stated this reactor would support well north of heavily stocked 1000-gallon systems... Set up instructions (if you need them) can be found at the GEO website.
