The Sea Veggies sheets do not need to be refrigerated. You can if you wish, however they should last for quite a while in a cool dry place.
Well suited for herbivores and omnivores, such as:
- Tangs and Surgeonfish
- Moorish Idols
- Large Butterflyfish
- Cichlids and Goldfish
Fish that are known as herbivores or omnivores will naturally graze on algae throughout their day on the reef. By offering sheets of dried seaweed "Nori" will help mimic the natural foods that your fish could consume. With the different types of Sea Veggies available you can completely round out your fish's diet by offering all three types from day to day.
My tang and dottyback love it By Jay on 7/20/2017Jay would recommend this product to a friendBoth my yellow tang and my neon dottyback love the purple seaweed. I add a few drops of Selcon and the little guys are at it even before I put the magnet food clip back to its normal spot. Great stuff!! I've noticed the purple seaweed tends to break up a bit easier than the green seaweed when my tang bites a chunk off, but I tend to see my other fish eat the other bits anyway so nothing gets wasted. Still a really great product and adds some variety to the fish diet.
Flying purple tang eater By William on 2/18/2017William would recommend this product to a friendMy yellow tang loves all of the two little fishes veggie sheets. Good product, it seems to maintain his bright coloration.
Fish Love it By Jason on 1/14/2017Jason would recommend this product to a friendWorks great and the fish love it, which was surprising. Normally utilize two sheets folded in half to keep on the clip longer. Mated filefish, lo foxface rabbitfish, flame angel, and yellow eye kole tang all like it.
More than 10 sheets By Ramon on 10/31/2016Ramon would recommend this product to a friendThere's a lot more than 10 sheets in the 30g package. I feed my yellow tang 2 quarter sheets of green and purple a day. He eats both, but I can tell he prefers the purple.
