LEfird would recommend this product to a friendThis skimmer is amazing! I have it on a 180g bow front with a heavy bio load of fish and many large coral colonies. It pulls skimate out like crazy and never has any issues. Very easy to dial in and adjust. Bullet proof pump and design! -

Why does it say optimal sump depth 6-6.5" when clearly you can see on the picture that the water level minimum is at least half way up the 22.5" tall skimmer?
Bulk Reef Supply Hey Bobby,
Those are two different measurements. The optimal sump depth is how deep of water the skimmer should set in. The sticker on the skimmer is a guideline for adjusting the internal water level.
