Dustin wouldn't recommend this product to a friendDisappointed in this product. I had a critical issue with a tank and bought this pump to replace a pump that was failing. I plugged in the pump right when I got it and nothing. I contacted BRS to get a replacement in the case It was just a bad unit. The customer service rep quickly asked me to check to see if the impeller was missing and it was. He did contact the manufacture about getting the part sent out. That was nice but why sell a incomplete product that your aware of parts missing. Do to this pump I lost almost everything in my 40g breeder. I'm still waiting on the product since it was shipped out with no urgency. I had good faith with BRS but after losing 1000.00 in corals due to a stupid company mistake I will be taking all future business to Marine Depot. -

P in Minneapolis would recommend this product to a friendGot one as a return pump for my 120 gal oceanic. It's nice and quiet and seems to do the job. (No idea how many gal per hour it actually pumps.) The only caveat with it is that it has *metric* fittings, so you won't be able to find any fitting for it in the US. It comes with a barbed nipple, so I just heated some vinyl tubing in hot water and stretched it over and it works fine. -

Paul would recommend this product to a friendBeen using this pump as my return from my sump for 2 1/2 years now and it has performed without any issues. I've had to tee it and send flow back to my sump. Just purchased to BSR deluxe reactors and hopefully they will allow me to run the pump without have to throttle it back so tp speak.
