Instructions for Use:
Place in your sump in an area of good water flow. Use 1000mL of Life Bio Fil for every 400L of aquarium volume. It is recommended to replace 10-20% of the media every 6 weeks..

Thank you for reaching out with your question. The Life Bio Fil media is a natural rock that is similar to pumice but it is a bit denser and does not float.
