Preferred Customer Group

Andrew and I would like to thank you for spreading the word about our store to your friends and fellow reefers. It is customers like you that have made us such a success and allowed us to, not only provide unique products at incredible prices, but also to invest time into researching and sourcing new innovative products.

We want to reward the customers that take an active roll in the reefing community so we have created the Preferred Customer group. Members will receive discounts on almost every item we stock. In most cases prices are automatically lowered to the second quantity discount tier.

There are two ways to become a member.

1) Simply make three orders in a year and submit three product reviews on our site. Product reviews are an excellent way to share your experience on an item or method of doing things so new reefers can make informed decisions on their purchases. This can be done by going to the item you wish to review and hitting the small green review tab under each item. Once you have done this send either Andrew or I an email with the full name and email address associated with your account. Once we verify we will activate your account with Preferred Customer Status. You will then receive permanent discounts on almost everything we stock.

2) Or have your local reef club utilize our special Introductory Reef Club Group Buy offer. Every member who participates will automatically become a Preferred Customer.

Once you have compleated one of the above options please email Andrew@ReefChili.com or Ryan@ReefChili.com and we will check your account for the requirements and update it immediately after.
