United States We ship from Minnesota via UPS. Orders placed before 2PM Central Time Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. Some items have free shipping, these items will ship completely free of charge or if added to a cart that contains other items it will not add any additional shipping costs. It does not mean that your entire order will ship for free. Free shipping items will be shipped with UPS ground. If you wish it to arrive faster there will be additional charges for expedited services. All Free Shipping offers are only available to the lower 48 States. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are not included. Return Policy Items damaged in transit: If an item is damaged in transit we will replace the item free of charge and cover the replacement shipping. Please keep the damaged product and packaging as UPS may inspect the package to evaluate if it was damaged in transit for insurance purposes. If your product arrives damaged you must contact us within 3 days from arrival date or we can not honor the return. Please open the package and inspect items for damage immediately upon arrival. Unused items: We will accept returns on any unused and unopened item for 14 from the delivery date. Customers wishing to make a return must contact us for an RMA within 14 days from the delivery date. Customers will be sent a UPS return label via email. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Bulkreefsupply.com does not charge restocking fees, but original shipping cost and return shipping will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds are given after goods arrive at our warehouse in their original unopened and unused condition. Under no circumstances are opened or used products accepted for return. Opened and used products will be refused and returned to sender. Nonfunctional items and warranties: If your product does not function correctly or otherwise is considered broken we will direct you to the manufacture of the product for warranty or service. Manufacturers prefer to troubleshoot their own technical issues and are better equipped to help solve problems. Contacting the manufacturer directly greatly speeds up the process. All of our manufactures are easy to deal with and should address any issues within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). If you have a problem with them please contact us immediately, we are on your side and will make sure you get the technical support you need. CANADA We have negotiated a unique service with UPS for shipments to Canada that lowers the brokerage fee to a FLAT $10 on all UPS shipments to Canada under $200. Orders under $20 shipped via UPS are brokerage FREE. Orders between $20-200 have a flat $10 brokerage fee. On orders over $200 we have managed to remove the bond portion of the brokerage fee and save you $5.85. *The brokerage fee is a fee UPS charges to handle international orders in addition to the shipping costs.* Below is a full table of the new discounted brokerage fees. Special Notes on the UPS Invoice. It has been brought to our attention that the brokerage and taxes invoice received from UPS does not make a whole lot of sense. At first glance it looks as though you may have been over charged, rest assured you have not. The problem is the reduced brokerage program for orders under $200 is new and they are still using the old invoice and due to some internal paper work issues they must be imputed this way. They are working to fix it and make it more understandable. Basically you need to ignore the amount they have entered for brokerage and assume it is $10. If you do that it will add up very close to what you were charged. The difference will be due to the adjusted Canadian tax on the brokerage fee itself. We have included an example of an invoice below .
