Power supply issues By Kpricec on 7/24/2016Kpricec wouldn't recommend this product to a friendSame problem as the other reviewers. Thought it was just the bulb, but after ordering a new bulb it was the power supply as well. Wish I had known before ordering it. Now the question is bite the bullet for a new power supply that I will have to replace again in a year or two or look for a better quality sterilizer?
Agree with customer's write up. Had same experience. By Swimming Upstream on 10/6/2015Swimming Upstream wouldn't recommend this product to a friendAgree with customer's write up. Had same experience
quality issues By Qais on 8/17/2015Qais wouldn't recommend this product to a friendSo you need a UV sterilizer, well, this is a very nice once except that quality issues. One of the selling points of this UV sterilizers is that it has a good reputation as far as the quality is concerned, however after about 1 year, the power supply went out. I thought it was the light, so got a new light, nope. It is the power supply. Contacting the manufacturer did not help, they said that just because it is over 1 year, I am out of luck. So 90 bucks for a new one. I don't think I would have purchased this had a I known that every year, I would be paying for a new bulb and new power supply. That is over 150 bucks a year to maintain UV sterilizer. Bulb I can understand but power supply too. Otherwise the rest of it is built like a tank but the critical part that will give out on you is the power supply. and it is huge which is a plus, means it is working. I contact the manufacturer twice and they said, nope if it is over 1 year, you have to buy a new power supply.
