It even mixes well in cooler water (62deg.) without clouding after only 15 mins. Overall a great product for all corals!! -

Merne would recommend this product to a friendI love this salt. It dissolves easy with minimal heat. Normally I would let this dissolve overnight, but in emergencies, I have successfully mixed just prior to putting in the tank and had no ill effects. Love this salt--no need to dose with freq water changes. -

Good product definitely raises ALK By David on 4/14/13
David would recommend this product to a friendGood salt mixes well. Be prepared if you keep your ALK lower than 12 if you mix this salt to 1.025 and do a water change it will raise your ALK. The parameters are what they say they are. -

Unlike the natural reef environment, which has an immeasurable reservoir of all 57 elements, a reef aquarium is an artificial environment that is constantly affected by coral growth and other ongoing biological processes. Red Sea Coral Pro salt is the result of years of research. Formulated for use with RO water, the unique Sodium Chloride harvested from the Red Sea Reef contains optimally balanced ratios between calcium, alkalinity and magnesium. Coral Pro Salt contains elevated levels of these elements for accelerated coral growth.
Coral Pro Salt is designed to provide the biologically balanced, elevated levels of the foundation elements (Calcium, Magnesium & Carbonates) necessary for sustainable, accelerated growth and enhanced vitality of all corals. Coral Pro salt is ideal for reef aquariums, in particular for LPS and SPS corals and growing out coral frags.
